Chile Introduction

I am currently departing from Nashville to go to the first country on my schedule, Chile. Chile is a country that spans along a major part of the western coast of South America. Because it covers a very long area of South America, Chile is a vary diverse geographic nation. Geographic features like the Atacama Desert, volcanoes, an archipelago, the Pacific Ocean, and the Andes Mountains, the longest as well as one of the most famous mountain ranges in the world, are all near or apart of Chile and help make Chile the country it has become. Although the nation is geographically isolated, groups like the Spanish conquistadors have helped influence and shape Chile into the country it is in many ways especially culturally. I cannot wait to embark on my journey to Chile, a nation that has a unique European styled culture mixed into a South American setting despite the geographical features that cause it to be hard to reach from other parts of Latin American . During my visit to Chile, I hope to experience all the cultural wonders that the nation has to offer.
